I couldn't find an English-language mention of this. As usual I find that the only mainstream media site that still has some value is German n-tv.de . Apparently North-Korea threatens the south with nuclear war. I assume if war breaks out, North-Korea, if the regime has any sense at all and that might not be the case, will not use its nukes immediately but keep them ready in case the south or the US strike back to stop the attacks.
