A Leauki's Writings

I know, I know. Criticism of Israel is not anti-Semitism and accusing Israel of something without evidence, however ridiculous the deed, is a service to mankind. And it is solely my fanaticism that makes me doubt the odd accusation and defend Israel, a country obviously guilty of the crime she has been accused of.

As usual, the accusations come from an anonymous source. This time they were published in Sweden, a country which has apparently suffered from Zionism more than any other country and has as such been a good source for anti-Semitism^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^Hcriticism of Israel's policies this year.

The German blog PI-News reports, in German.

http://www.pi-news.net/2009/08/daemonisierung-israels-mit-organraub-legenden/

I do not particularly like PI-News. They certainly are an excellent blog and news site and are going against the flow. But they are also prejudiced against Muslims. I used to post in their comment area but at some point everything I posted started disappearing when I started challenging their views on Islam.

However, they remain a good news source.

Here's a Google-translated (and cleaned up by me) version of the PI article:

The Israeli Foreign Ministry is angry over a newspaper article in the Swedish Aftonbladet.  In the text IDF soldiers are accused of kidnapping Palestinians  in order to steal their organs.  The spokesman for the Israeli Foreign Ministry, Yigal Palmor, is reminded by the report of medieval, anti-Semitic ritual murder legends.

Israel sent the Swedish government a note of protest. In the quality newspaper article: "You loot the bodies of our sons," illustrated with a gruesome photo are quoted Palestinians who say, "IDF soldiers had kidnapped our sons and looted their bodies." Everything is in the newspaper text, combined with the usual global Jewish conspiracy theories , this time about the illegal organ trade.

The competing Swedish newspaper Sydvenskan commented about this:

We have already heard this story, like this or similar. It follows the traditional pattern of a conspiracy theory. A Whisper in the dark, anonymous sources, rumors. That is all it takes. We all know how the Jews are inhuman, hardened, able to do anything. Now is missing only the defense, which is equally predictable: Anti-Semitism? No, no, just criticism of Israel.(Translation [into German]: Embassy of the State of Israel)

"This is pure anti-Semitism," said Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister, Danny Ayalon, about the organ legend.

Israel National News also report:

http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/132979

The tabloid Aftonbladet, one of Sweden’s most popular newspapers, published a report Tuesday that claimed IDF soldiers execute Arabs in Judea and Samaria, harvest their organs and sell them. The report carried a photograph that purportedly shows the body of a victim of such an execution, with a large scar running from his chin to his abdomen. It notes the IDF’s explanation that the scar is from an autopsy which is routinely performed on people who are killed in fighting – but seems not to give it much credit and prefers a completely unsubstantiated claim by Arabs regarding forced organ harvesting.

...

Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesman Yigal Palmor said that the newspaper had “turned the demonization of Israel into a sacred cause.” He called upon Swedish citizens to express their disgust with “the incitement to hate crimes that the report includes.”

[Yeah, right, that'll work. Europeans speak up against anti-Semitism when there is still a chance to call it criticism of Israel's policies. I want to see that. And flying pigs.]

At the same time an Iranian television show "Zarah's Blue Eyes" is aired on Palestinian television. It tells the story of a family who are hunted down by a candidate for the position of Israeli Prime Minister because he wants their daughter's blue eyes for his blind son.

The solution is obvious. We must refer to anyone pointing out these stories as a fanatical and biased Zionist (who obviously hates Arabs) and give more money to the Palestinian Authority to help innocent civilians (and fund the television station).

Anyone reporting anonymous accusations against Israel without believing them is obviously biased.

Anyway, don't forget to support the "Palestinian cause" for freedom, execution of homosexuals, and politically correct television shows that finally tell the truth about the Jews.

The careful reader would have noticed that I provided no proof of Israel's innocence.

Guilty until proven innocent is the principle when it comes to Israel.

So what am I doing here defending obvious war criminals? Am I a product of evil parents? Do I belong to an evil race? Is it in my blood; do I have evil blood? Did I accidentally pray for evil while eating the blood of Christian babies?

Who knows.

Well, I think that takes the cake for the most ridiculous accusation thrown at Israel this... month?

Well, I think that takes the cake for the most ridiculous accusation thrown at Israel this... month?

Many people in Pakistan believe that Israel caused the tsunamis.

...

What.

The Palestinian Arab interviewed by the Swedish paper now says that she didn't say that the Israelis stole organs.

The mother denied that she had told any foreign journalist that her son's organs had been stolen.

But as these things go (and as the anti-Semites know), these stories are quickly becoming gospel:

However, she said that now she does not rule out the possibility that Israel was harvesting organs of Palestinians.

At the end it looks like this:

The family and relatives of Bilal Ahmed Ghanem, the Palestinian at the center of the organ-theft story in the Swedish tabloid Aftonbladet, said on Monday that they didn't know if the accusations were true or not.

So this is how it goes:

1. An Arab tells a western journalist something which is probably even true.

2. The western journalist makes up a story and gets extra points for a blood libel.

3. The original source, the Arab, says that he didn't tell the journalist that; but now that he reads it in the paper, he believes it could be true.

4. The story becomes part of what people know about Israel.

5. The next time a journalist makes something up he can refer to previous stories as evidence.

Incidentally, the Swedish government, who apologised when Swedish news papers printed the Muhammed cartoons, said that Sweden has freedom of press and they won't get involved.

So this is how it works in Sweden. Muhammed cartoons are bad. Blood libel is good.

Also from the article:

"I can't tell you if these rumors are true or not," the brother said.
"But in light of the investigative report in the Swedish newspaper, we are demanding an international commission of inquiry into the case."

This is how a simple lie becomes an "investigative report".

Note that the Swedes have investigated NOTHING. They merely interviewed some people and then made up a story that surprised even the interviewed.

The only "investigation" was making up that Jews kill for organs. That's it. That's how easy it is to become an investigative journalist in Sweden.

(I know, I know, the reason I don't believe the latest blood libel about Jews despite the fact that it has been made up in an "investigative report" is that I am a Zionist fanatic. Any unbiased observer would give total credence to baselass accusations made up by a Swedish reporter. I have been told before when I dared to doubt other unproven anonymous allegations against the IDF.)

You are right, this was a stupid thing to say without any evidence to back it up (nor do I think there will be evidence as I would be stunned if it were true).

The Swedish goverment did say over cartoons that they can not infer in the press, they said the same thing here but the  and the has been referred to the Justice minstery for a 'charge of racial agitation'

a stupid thing to say

There is nothing stupid about it.

It's not the sort of thing you say because you are stupid. It's plain hatred and arrogance. The news paper think they are very brave for saying something nasty about Israel and they know it doesn't matter whether it's true or even possible because there is a large lobby that will protect them and celebrate them.

They will be heroes in the Arab world and add to the rise of anti-Semitism in the west, and all that for extra income.

Publishing the Muhammed cartoons was stupidity. Making up a blood libel, especially when it isn't the first and when one already knows what will happen to innocent people because of it, is evil.
